Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy a website or related service from ReadySite Pro ("we", "us"), operated by Thomas Galletti in New Jersey, USA. By paying for a service you agree to them.

What we provide

• Standard website ($297, one-time): a mobile-friendly website for your business, set up with basic search-engine information, linked from your Google Business Profile, with quote requests sent to your email, and the first year of your domain name included.
• Starter website ($197, one-time): a one-page version. The domain name is extra (about $12 per year).
• Add-ons and edit packs as described on our website at the time you buy.

We aim to publish your site within 48 hours of receiving the information we need from you (business details, photos, logo, domain choice).

Demo websites

We may build a demo website for a business before being asked, using publicly available information such as Google reviews. Demos are clearly labeled as demos, are hidden from search engines, and are removed on request or after about 14 days if not purchased.

Your content

You confirm that you have the right to use any text, photos and logos you send us. You own your website content and your domain name.

Hosting and domain

There are no monthly fees. We host your website at no ongoing charge. Your domain is registered in your name; after the first year (Standard) renewal costs about $12 per year, and we will ask you before renewing. We may stop hosting if the domain is not renewed.

Changes after launch

We fix mistakes we made for free within 30 days of launch. Other changes are available as edit packs.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

Limitation of liability

We provide websites "as is". We do not guarantee any particular number of customers, calls or search rankings. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
