Refund Policy

ReadySite Pro builds a free demo of your website before you pay, so you can see exactly what you're buying. We still want you to be happy with the finished site.

Full refund within 7 days

If you're not satisfied, email hello@readysitepro.com within 7 days of your payment and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked, as long as your website has not yet been connected to your own domain name.

After your site is live

Once your website is live on your domain, the website design is non-refundable, because the work has been delivered and the domain has been registered in your name. If something isn't right, tell us and we'll fix it at no cost within 30 days of launch.

Domain names

Domain registration fees are non-refundable once a domain is registered, since registrars do not refund them. The domain stays yours.

Add-ons and edit packs

Add-ons (logo design, Google profile tune-up, booking form) and edit packs can be refunded in full if you cancel before we start the work.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through our payment processor (Stripe), usually within 5–10 business days.
